Presentation at the Max Planck Institute for Empirical Aesthetics

As part of her stay at the Max Planck Institute for Empirical Aesthetics (MPIEA) as a visiting scientist, Lucia Vaquero gave a talk for the Department of Music. In this talk within their departamental meetings, LV presented the SMART project, commenting on its original planifications, necessary modifications, learning process and improvements during first implementation, obtained funding, as well as some preliminary results.

Members of the Department of Music, with diverse backgrounds and research levels, got quite interested and engaged during the talk and made very interesting and useful remarks and questions, that will for sure motivate our research team during implementation and data analysis moving forward. All the attendees agreed that the project is very challenging, but truly interesting and timely.

This was a very stimulating presentation, and one of the main communication/dissemination goals originally set to complete during LV’s visit at MPIEA.
